تحریر کی تفہیم کا مطلب ہے۔ پیغام کو اپنے الفاظ میں ترتیب دینا یا سمجھنا۔
It is a process in which different thoughts, ideas, emotions, feelings are combined to form a message that has to be conveyed to the next person.
یہ ایک ایسا عمل ہے جس میں مختلف خیالات، نظریات، جذبات، احساسات کو اکٹھا کر کے ایک پیغام ترتیب دیا جاتا ہے جو اگلے فرد کو پہنچانا ہوتا ہے۔

مواصلات میں ایک ذریعہ ایک نظام یا چینل ہے جس کے ذریعے ایک مقرر یا مصنف اپنے سامعین کو خطاب کرتا ہے۔

جو معلومات ماتحت افراد کی طرف سے اعلٰی سطح کے افسران کو پہنچائی جاتی ہیں۔ ان کو اوپر کی طرف بہاؤ کہتے ہیں۔
The information or instructions that are conveyed from the highest level to the lower level, i.e. by the higher officers, are passed on to the subordinates. These are called downward flows.
جو معلومات یا ہدایات اعلٰی سطح سے نچلی سطح کی طرف پہنچائی جاتی ہیں یعنی اعلٰی افسران کی طرف سے ماتحت افراد کو پہنچائی جاتی ہیں۔ ان کو نیچے کی طرف بہاؤ کہتے ہیں۔
